I popped into Superdrug today and bought a few cheeky items, two of them being my first ever NYC nail polishes; I got Carrie'd Away and Gramercy Glitz as I thought they would make a nice combination. I'm impressed with the formula of both nail polishes but only time will tell if they chip quickly or not.
Carrie'd Away is less opaque than I thought it would be but I still like it nonetheless and it's the perfect colour for any of you who are either at school or in a workplace where you can't wear nail polish as it gives a very subtle colour and makes a nice chance to clear nail polish. Gramercy Glitz definitely brings glitz to this combo but it kind of reminds me of the glittery nail polishes I used to mess around with as a youngster, although I admit it looks better in person than in the photo. It's not my favourite glitter polish in my collection although I am looking forward to trying it on over other colours. For £2.49 each you can't really go wrong and at the moment Superdrug are doing a 3 for 2 offer on all NYC nail polishes!

I must get those two; I have a hot pink/red NYC nail polish that I love amongst many others, but they're so cheap! I do tend to get a little carried away, though, I spent something ridiculous like £20 on them the other day!

I got my first NYC nail polish the other day, in 'lights, camera, glitter' (i think that's what it's called). It's so nice! x
