Lunch at Wagamama

I'm sure you have heard that it's the Queen's Diamond Jubilee which means an extra bank holiday and a longer weekend for most of us (in the UK) *dances* therefore my best friend Lucy had her first Sunday off work in a long time so we decided to make the most of it. In my home town of Tunbridge Wells we have a music venue called The Forum (recently named Britain's Best Small Venue by NME) which holds a mini festival called UNFEST each year where people can go watch various bands for free throughout a whole weekend; I saw my mates band (The Visitors) play yesterday and today Lucy and I popped down to see what was going on - we saw a couple of bands (UGLY LOVE & Jon Mills) and they were amazing!

Afterwards we headed to Wagamama for some lunch, which I was fairly excited about as the last time I had been there was on my seventeenth birthday. Lucy and I both ordered an orange berry bang fruit juice, made with orange juice, mixed berries and passion fruit - it was delish! I've only ever had noodles or soup at Wagamama, therefore I wanted to try something new so I go the chicken katsu curry which was so yummy but I couldn't finish such a large portion *sad times*. Lucy went for the yaki soba which is basically noodles with chicken, shrimp and vegetables. What's your favourite dish to order when you go to Wagamama?

I'm so glad Lucy and I arranged to hang out or it probably would have been a very boring day!
