I finally filmed a what I ate today which has gone down really well and I shall definitely do more. Within the video, my dinner consisted of one of my favourite rice dishes which I thought I'd share via my blog too, incase any of you wanted to refer back to it rather than load the video again and again.
- Boil Brown Rice in Vegetable Stock (cooking time depends on the type of rice you have so check on your packet for timings)
- Soften Leeks in a little Avocado Oil (I use avocado oil as it has a high smoke point but you can use any oil you wish)
- Once the Leeks are soft, add Sesame Seeds and cook for a further few minutes
- Grate as much or a little (I like lots) Fresh Ginger into the cooked Brown Rice then stir in the Sesame Seed and Leek mixture
Enjoy with your favourite vegetables and whatever else you fancy!
